Gary, I'm setting this up for my organization as we speak. What you are
looking for is called a captive portal and my choices were narrowed down to
Monowall and pfSense, with Monowall winning out. Both are opensource
(pfSense is built on Monowall) and both offer commercial support if you want
it. Google will find both for you quick and easy.
