I get the hear the 6503 buzz in my ear all day. Actually I can barely
hear it through the wall between my office and rack room but you still
know when its turned on. Personally the 6503 for a home voice lab like
mine is a waste.
As far as MacGyver solutions go I'm personally done with them. I've
MacGyver'ed too many networks over the years so if a customer doesn't have
money to spend I'll give them a low cost "MacGyver" solution but I don't
want to support it ;-)
