I doubt that MPLS would be added to the R&S exam. R&S has
traditionally been an Enterprise exam, and MPLS is not an Enterprise
technology. Besides from the customer's perspective they could have an
interface running Frame Relay and then in the provider cloud it could be
tunneled over MPLS. This is why MPLS is reserved for the SP track, as it's
transparent to the Enterprise customer.
