Mike,

There is an easy way to calculate DSCP without looking at bits, or
searching the DocCD. If you are given the DSCP in the "AF xy" format,
you just put the numbers through this formula, and it will give you the
decimal equivalent:

(x*8)+(y*2) = DSCP decimal value

Example:

AF 13 = (1*8)+(3*2) = DSCP 14

Easy enough!
