I am using the the version that you guys offer in your web site...even I used your online class of how to
use Dynagen (very good...I recomend it to any here).....but I will play with the idlepc...and see how it helps.....btw your material rocks.......keep it up....

In regards to your first issue you may try to have Dynagen determine the
best idle-pc value after the routers have booted up. You can do this by
not setting the idle-pc value in your .net file but after the routers have
booted up get on the Dynagen console and type "idlepc show <device>".
Dynagen will now show you the "best" idlepc values. You can then select
one to try and if it works you can save it by typing "idlepc save <device>
default".
We actually offer a version of our IEWB Vol 2 workbook specifically
written for Dynamips. That being said you should be able to modify your
existing labs to work in Dynamips with a little effort.
