Yes, you r right. Actually the rack have different DLCI and workbook lab
have different DLCI.

Problem is resolved.

Deleted Frame relay PVC always means you should look at the frame relay
switch ( unless you are making a typo and trying to map a non existent dlci
). Usually it means the PVC is not configured on the Switch. In fact my
bootcamp Instructor advised me that if ever you see deleted PVCs in the
exam, dont even waste 1 second, run fast to the proctor !!
