VLAN info not synched within VTP domain

SW1, SW2 and SW3 are in VTP domain CISCO. SW2 is the server.

SW4 is in VTP domain IE. SW4 is running VTPv2 and transparent.

The trunking relationship is:-
SW1----SW4-----SW2-----SW3

SW4 is not passing the vlan info from SW2 to SW1. It only works when I
change SW4 domain to CISCO.

Is it normal?
