I did that in dynagen. deleted vlan.dat, and reloaded. With v2 enabled, I
watched it (kept running sh vlan status on the reloaded switch) "set" the
domain on its own again and grab the most recent DB from the server
switch... Not sure what happened there. Might have just been my fault.
