Hi Mohammad,

Our organization uses VoyenceControl www.voyence.com to do this... the
product isn't cheap, but it does work well. Their support organization
is also very strong, which helps.

ZipTie http://www.ziptie.org/ is also an open-source(ish?) product that
does much of the same thing. Looks pretty slick, but I haven't spent
any time playing with it yet.
