I'm pretty sure they are the site that purports to sell the "real labs".
The reason they say will sell to "ccie only" is because if they do sell
stolen labs then they can say should only be sold to people who already
have passed it I guess....

This site looks like a scam, or done really really poorly. Actually it
looks like it was translated by an online tool, little fishy. They have
no phone contact, and they want you to pay 90.00 bucks for the sample.
Oh and if you share their labs, you "face big problem", very humorous.
And only CCIE candidate can buy their labs, another funny comment on the
site.
