Mohammad,
                       I have a few questions for you.
1) what firewall are you using?
2) what ftp client are you using?
3) were you successful in downloading a 5MB file from the internal network
using the same ftp client and from the same server?
4) Are you blocking any ports on the firewall?

Does your ftp client support Active and Passive Mode? If yes, Try the
