From what I understand there is a gap of time from the time you walk
in the lab, and the time you actually start the test. This time is
used for the proctor to explain the rules, hand out scrap paper,
pencils, etc.
Can I use that time to scribble all my notes from my brain into the
scrap paper such as commands, formulas, tips, etc...things I'm likely
to forget as my brain turns to mush?
Or is it totally hands off until the test starts?
