Hi,

I usually use 'debug ip routing" on my ASBR's to determine if the routes are
being installed/removed/refreshed repeatedly. Alternatively, you can enable
profiling on the routing table as well through 'ip route profile" and use
the show command to determine the rate of changes.

Too many changes in a stable topology is a tell tale sign of a race
condition between two protocols.
