Once a large percentage of listees get the number, the remaining ones
that don't have one
Will be a smaller group..thus less numbers that will be reported
weekly..unless the list
Grows accordingly each week...

I am not defying the difficulty of the test. It's simple statistics.
About 150-200 people pass the test monthly. I am sure a lot of them are
partticipants of this mailing list, yet I don't see that many numbers
flying by.
