Hi,
Do you configure VTP password for the management domain? If you do, kindly
ensure all 4 switches are configured with the password, and they are the
same passwords. Also ensure VTP domain names are the same.
On SW4, you can do "deb sw-vlan vtp events" to troubleshoot.
