Hey Pal,
I see that's fastethernet. Broadcast media, that means it will have DR and
BDR.
It should be fine as all router (DROTHER) will form adjacencies with only DR
and BDR and will leave as state "2way" to other DROTHER router.
Please check if it's relationship from DROTHER to DROTHER.
I remember reading it somewhere.
