Its the luck of the draw. I took 2 IE mock labs, first one had some problems
where my email was getting send to the spam box, so I could not get weekend
support, other than that no probs. They made good and totally hooked me up
when I complained. IMO, all of these vendors have support probs. I have used
NMC, IPexpert and Internetworkexpert. You just gotta roll with it.
