How are the Lab Dates released by Cisco

Hello all,

Please help me understand as to how Cisco releases lab exam dates. I have
been trying in vein to get a lab date in India, but there has not been a
single date available since I started looking 2 months back. As of now I
have a lab booking for January in San Jose, but I'll have to travel around
the world to write the exam there and it's going to be a big drain on my
pocket. Someone told me that you only get to see dates up to 6 months from
the current date, but even that seems incorrect as in that case we should
have one new date opening every day.
