I use this nice books, I think it completly describe all MPLS technologies,
expect QoS over MPLS (small bunch of it in MPLS Configuration on Cisco IOS
Software)

 
MPLS and VPN Architectures vol 1,2
Layer 2 VPN Architectures
Traffic Engineering with MPLS
MPLS Configuration on Cisco IOS Software

Last book I use to consult if I forgot some from the first three books :)
