You can configure it as a Non broadcast network, configuring neighbors under
the OSPF process to send the updates a unicasts.
But I think that onsidering that the topology is a point-to-point topology
is not a bad idea configure the ospf network and point to point. This way
you save the neighbor commands, and the DR/BDR election, that is not
necesary in this escenario.
Any way if you prefer to configure it as an NBMA network and configure
neighbors I think you will get the 3 points of the task, so the config is
correct.
