Please use command "sh ip ospf database" to see the router-id of the real
advertising router for these routes.
Speaking of your configuration, your router is in area 1, and routes
"139.3.6.0 and 139.3.7.0" are interarea routes. In other words, the real
router advertising these two routes are ABR of area 1, instead of original
router which inject these two routes into ospf domain.
So puting the router-id of area 1 into the command surely will work.
