this is one bad ass config.
but it make sense. keep in mind always the rule of thombe that in ospf all
other areas must be connected to area 0
with that in mind we have in that config area 0 advertised in all loopback 0
interfaces so what you do is doing a like a hub and spoke between the
routers with the virtual links to give full connectivity between all the
areas to area 0.
connecting
R1 to R3 and SW1
R3 to R5
R3 to R4
the virtual link is the tunneling of ospf areas.
