Thanks Joseph, I wish I am not. The issue is I am working for cisco customer
as lead of the network team taking care of the enterprise network.

Now adays
I had the feeling, with the broad knowledge I have in Routing & Switching,
Data Center networking, Firewalling and IPSec various technologies, combined
with my CCIE #, I can fill-in the position of Network Architect for Cisco
partner.

The offer I have is 30% less than my current income.

Thanks

Unless they are paying you extra for
use of your number, what is the need
for them to register your number?

Are
you crazy? Don't do it!

Thanks Scott. As always, I appreciate your input. What makes me suspecious,
the employer is not a partner, they are outsourcing company.

Does it make
sence to ask for registering my # with them.

Thanks

It is standard for a job with a partner to presume they'd register your number.... But if you are starting out the relationship as "suspiscious" of their offer, that's probably not a good sign! :)

Just my two cents.
