Sirus,
Back about 2 months ago there was a discussion by several people who had
purchased the DVD version of the documentation site when it was
announced that Cisco was transitioning their site to the new format.
Evidently, there were a lot of DVDs which were produced that were burned
incorrectly or had a flaw where no one could get them to work. If you
really want to use the DVD format, I would suggest you contact Cisco
Marketplace or whoever you ordered the DVD from in the first place.
They shipped me one free of charge when I inquired about a replacement.

Subject: I purchased cisco DVD but it's not working
Hi group,
I just purchased Cisco DocCd and after I run CiscoDvd.exe nothing
happens
even if I launch home.html page manually ,if I click each of links .it
shows
me some codes, instead of correct page.
My OS is vista. I think I miss some components that dvd cannot run
without
it,
any idea???
Sirus
