The multicast range is 224 to 239, not 224 to 255
If you want to match odd first octets - 225.0.0.0 14.255.255.255
If you want to match even first octets - 224.0.0.0 14.255.255.255
Depending on what you're doing with the access list, it may or may not
perform as you would like it to, especially when dealing with multicast. I
don't have that particular WB, so I can't say what the section in particular
is looking for.
