Something like this should do....;

(config)# *snmp-server host 187.1.3.100 traps community CISCOTRAP*

(config)#* snmp-server enable traps mac-notification*(config)#*
interface < what-ever-interface >*

(config-if)#* snmp trap mac-notification added*

(config)#* mac address-table notification
