CCIE is active for two years. If you don't recertify, it then goes into
"suspended" for up to a year. (passing a written recertifies, and takes you
back to 'active' state.
During the time of suspension, you only need to take a written to recertify.
If you don't recertify in that year, then you will need to take both the
written and the lab again.
It usually takes a while for the results to update. If it has been more
than 2 weeks, I would recommend opening a ticket with the online
certification support forum.

Suspension?
Is that when you don't recertify your number within two years?
I *think* you may have to take the lab again.
