In your own stuff you can, but I don't believe you're allowed to modify
keymaps in the lab exam. You've been through more recently than I have, but
based on what I've heard, no modifications are allowed.

You can do the whole escape sequence in one keymap instead of two, then you
can just hit a single key and it drops you back to the access server.
