Oh, and retitling needs to be made public.
Sales need to know.
"Senior application engineer" retitled to
"Senior application associate".
That is much better.
When a client calls, they will know even though
the person talks to them knows a lot about my
company's product, they are not talking to
an engineer. There are engineers behind the creativity
of my company and they better stick to my company.
They better not go any where else.
