If you're using OSPF to synchronize an iBGP learned route the
OSPF router-id must match the BGP router-id of the originating router.
Look at the "show ip route 113.0.0.0" output vs the "show ip bgp
113.0.0.0" output. Compare the "from w.x.y.z" addresses. If they don't
match it can't be synchronized.
