The M1/M2 series were "fixes" for the original VIC series. The VIC2 cards
(only ones you can currently purchase new) have all those features
integrated AFAIK.

I have never heard of the VIC-2FXO-M1. The only 2 port FXO card that Cisco
sells right now is the VIC2-2FXO.

Also your FXO Interface needs to be VIC-2FXO-M1 or VIC-2FXO-M2 for Caller
ID Support.
