Each lab exam is it's own beast. The CCIE team does NOT look at your
previous lab exam when giving you your "next" attempt. It really just
depends on the date and location in which you are taking your lab.

Is this question really asking if the sections of the lab that you
passed on your 1st or 2nd attempt be made more difficult every time you
fail overall. So if you take the lab 3 times, will the portions you
paseed previously be made more challenging?

I've had someone tell me this before, but it does sound like rumor.

Knowing the environment helps you relax but what gets you the 5 digit
number
is your knowledge.

If you've been there before, and what got you was the fact that you were
very excited, then, yes the second attempt is easier. But if your
knowledge
or misinterpretation is what got you, then, you were not ready the first
time and if you don't work harder, the second or third time does NOT get
easier.

That is my honest opinion.
