No, the second attempt should be easier as you know what to expect in
terms of the environment in which you will be taking the test, the test
format, etc. As far as the difficulty level of the exam goes, that will
depend on what your strengths and weaknesses are. If you are strong in
one area, and get a lot of it on your first attempt (but don't pass),
and then you are weak in another area and get a lot of that on your
second attempt... I think you see where I'm going with this.
