Thank you for all the input.
A reload sorted it. No matter what I tried the switch came back with the
same error. The interface config of all interfaces was bare to begin with,
only descriptions on there.
Another thing I being reminded of I suppose, if you know you're right then
reload the device and continue with another task while the device comes back
up. If it still doesn't work then there must be a config error. No point
wasting time over something you know _is_ right.
