LSP between two different AS can be done
*) ordinary TDP/LDP between AS. All scenario suppose that next-hop is RR.
Therefore IGP must know only aboute RR@Lo.
*) ipv4 BGP + label
*) MP-BGP
*) tunnel + any above method
*) TE between RR (here you must have common IGP)
