We are looking for a POC and CQ qualifier Testing Engineer to work for
one of
the most rapidly growing blue chip vendors in the Netherlands. The ideal
candidate will be working very closely with the customer and respective
technical sales team to define the exact configuration parameters for
deployment and apply these to the candidate software version. You will
be
mainly responsible for documentation of the tests and presentations to
customer and technical sales. Once the software version has reached the
validated status for deployment, you will be responsible for assisting
the
initial roll-out of validated code at customer site.
The ideal candidate must have a hands-on experience of BRAS , IP/MPLS
routing
(RSVP,LDP,IGP,BGP,GRE,PIM,IGMP), L2 and L3 VPN solutions
(MPBGP,VPLS/LDP,Martini), ATM and Ethernet Aggregation. We are looking
for
someone who has experience with Juniper ERX series routers or Cisco
routers.Related certifications like CCIE or JNCIP-E are desired. Since
you
will also be writing scripts, we are looking for a candidate who can do
Perl/Shell Scripting and has experience with Unix. We are mostly looking
for
candidates who have also very strong interpersonal and presentational
skills,
especially English written and oral skills are a must.
The position is a permanent placement in the Netherlands, and the salary
will
be determined on the level of expertise and certifications, ranging
around
55,000-60,000EUR/year. In addition to the salary, a lucrative package of
benefits is also offered to the candidates: bonus, car allowance,
holiday
allowance and so forth.
