We use Solarwinds orion and cirrus
www.solarwinds.net
Orion does the network monitoring and produces the reports (can also do
netflow)
Cirrus does config management, backup configs, difference reports,
schedule scripted config changes.
Works well as a package (and is a lot easier than Ciscoworks)
