PRI Interface bouncing

Hi,

here is the partial output from show log, can anyone see what is the
problem and how to proceed? To me it looks like layer 2 problem, but
how to verify that? By checking show isdn status command? Why
Controller is bouncing if Interface has Layer 2 issues?
