Hello,
This usually means that you have an RPF failure. Since you are running PIM
SM only, confirm that you have "ip pim autorp listener" on your R2 router.
If this is already configured, try to disable multicast fast-switching with
"no ip mroute-cache" and debug with "debug ip mpacket". Then see if you get
some "RFP failure" messages.
