The most simple topology where you can see reason of "dr-priority" command it
is h&s. Suppose one of the spoke has bigger priority. And RP reside beyond
the hub router. Someone want to receive multicast flow for some group. This
router send IGMP-report to multiaccess-segment. DR see that report and must
send PIM-join to RP. In our topology spoke router (DR) must send PIM-Join to
RP. But spoke will not send the Join because RP reside beyond hub router.
