That is funny, It's well and good to get Cert, but one has to prove they can do the job, so I think Scott did comment the subject of having multiple IE, and as he stated it comes down the need of the Employer. I think having trible CCIE works well if you teaching, but in the Real world. I think 1 CCIE should do the trick :)

I think for every additional CCIEs you will get 2 dollars per hour, so it
will be base pay plus 4 dollars more per hour.
