Sure, but realize that you will have to modify it as you go through the
exam as you add loopbacks/tunnel interfaces/external addresses reachable
through the BBs....
First time checking complete reachability is of any use seems to be
after you have IGP complete, perhaps not even till after BGP, depending
on your scenario. So, I don't know if it really matters if you try to
build it ahead of time, or when you are going to actually use it first.
