Best Resource for learning NAT

I find this continues to be a weak area for me and it's also something I
don't enjoy so naturally it doesn't get the attention it needs and it killed
me on my first lab attempt.

Would someone be kind enough to recommend some good resources for mastering
the whole NAT technology?
