The native vlan does not have header space for the COS.
You may want to tag native to see if that resolves your porblem.
The COS is carried in the vlan tag

Subject: qos / native vlan / dscp reset?
Date: Thu, 12 Jul 2007 13:45:31 +0200
Hi,
does someone got some more information or link on how native vlan and
qos on switches works together?
I read about, that if the native vlan is carried over a trunk, the
dscp value will be reset to 0 for the native vlan.
