One way audio is usually related to ip routing issues.
Is your phone directly connected to the CME router?
Might be able to help some more if you will send the output of 'show call
active voice brief' in the middle of a call that has this issue.
Codec doesn't look relevant in a voip to pots type of call.

Anis,
It's very likely that you're having a codec issue as noted.
Ensure you have a codec match for the ephone and dial-peer of the analog
phone.
You can also check the PVDM resources on the CME.
