Username - creates a local user
Service password-encryption - encrypts all passwords on the configuration

Using secret passwords means they're allways encrypted in config whether the
service is enabled or not. Also the level of encryption is higher, normal
passwords can be decrupted within seconds (online and offline tools widely
known and used)
