Via debugs, did you see the behavior change? Show ip protocols only
shows the global settings, not per interface.

Does anyone know what this interface commando does
ip rip advertise
the routers says its to change the time between intervals.
When I change it to 45 secs and i chech show ip protocols it still tells
me 30 secs. I can't find the command on the master index on the doc cd.
Is it a deleted command???
