hi all i have setup clientless webvpn on the asa. i have a wins server on
the inside and a host on which the file is shared. in the tunnel-group
configuration of webvpn atributes i have specified the nbns-server with the
master command for cifs.
in the group-policy for the webvpn i have enabled the function file-access
file-browsing file-entry
the problem is user able to successfuly log in. in the webvpn service window
he can see the browsing option and the enter network path.
when i click on browsing it says enter network path. and below i see the
workgroup icon. when i click on the workgroup option it says error unable to
contact the server whereas if i enter the network path everything works
fine.
i want to ask is like for website on our inside we can add a url and specify
a link rather than typing the url . can we do the same for accesing files on
workgroups or do we always have to enter the network path.
can pls clear this doubt. am i doing anything out here.
waiting for some reply.
regards
sebastan
