I believe there should be a way, now I am looking for the most effecient one though it can be not efficient by itself.

the following can be supported by the 3750 :

SW1(config)#port-channel load-balance ?
  dst-ip Dst IP Addr
  dst-mac Dst Mac Addr
src-dst-ip Src XOR Dst IP Addr
src-dst-mac Src XOR Dst Mac Addr
  src-ip Src IP Addr
  src-mac Src Mac Addr

SW3(config)#port-channel load-balance ?
  dst-mac Dst Mac Addr
  src-mac Src Mac Addr
