Responsibilities:

A Network Engineer position on the Network Support team is responsible for
daily support of a large mult-datacenter network as well as a global corporate
network with dozens of locations.

A majority of the daily job will be resolving network service tickets along
with troubleshooting performance issues, maintaining and monitoring network
equipment.

Additional responsibilities may include attending project meetings, managing
network capacity, deploying equipment, implementing process improvements
administering network management systems.

Job Requirements:

- 5+ years of total experience, including: 4+ years of experience using Cisco
L3/L2 switches & routers.

- 4+ years of experience troubleshooting TCP/IP and ethernet networks.

- 3+ years of BGP & OSPF routing in multi-gigabit environment.

- Troubleshooting / finding root cause in network issues.

- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, packet capture and analysis.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Knowledge of Windows, Oracle, Unix/FreeBSD, Open-Source NMS tools.

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
